Bookings are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may vary based on availability, demand, and peak travel periods (such as holidays). Prices are subject to confirmation upon receipt of payment and change dynamically without any prior notice.

In cases of cancellations after 24 hours, tickets are not refundable, but customers may be eligible to receive future credit (depending on airline policy), which can be used within one year by the same customer. The airline may impose penalties for cancellations made after this period. Most airlines offer non-refundable fares (tickets cancelled within 24 hours are also non-refundable). When making the reservation, please check the booking terms.
You will be refunded your deposit or partial payment, minus any non-refundable fees, once you've cancelled your booking. You can check the status of your refund with our agent once you've cancelled your booking.

Passengers who are downgraded (e.g., from first class to economy) due to an aircraft swap or other reason are entitled to a refund.
During flight cancellations or significant delays, passengers are eligible for refunds on optional services (e.g., baggage fees, seat upgrades, Wi-Fi).
For voluntary changes, airline-specific fare rules and change fees will apply. For involuntary changes (e.g., schedule changes), www.booknextrip.com will still charge a modification fee of $50.
If the airline misplaces a passenger's baggage, and the bag is declared officially lost, passengers will only be entitled to a refund of the baggage fee from the respective airline. According to airline policies, bags are declared lost after 5 to 14 days. Booknextrip.com can only help you with claims.
When a fully refundable ticket is purchased, passengers can cancel the ticket for a full refund, provided the ticket has not been used.
For flights booked at least seven days before the scheduled departure, passengers can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation. If no change is made to the ticket, and the cancellation occurs within the timeframe, this applies.
A limitation of liability applies to all types of damages, including direct, indirect, special, and consequential damages, loss of data, income, or profit, as well as personal injury or property damage. As a result of any breach of these terms, we will be liable for resupplying the service or reimbursing the service cost if we are liable.
In cases of major schedule adjustments or delays, passengers may be eligible to receive a refund based on the airline's policy.

Your receipt can be obtained in different ways depending on how you booked and what information you have.
Using the itinerary page as a starting point
Your itinerary page will allow you to print or get a receipt. If you need a receipt for tax purposes, contact your travel provider (for example, your hotel or airline).
You will receive a receipt from the hotel when you complete your stay since these hotels require you to pay in full at check-in or check-out.
The receipt you get from the itinerary page is your proof of purchase. For charges made to your room during your stay (e.g. wifi, minibar), you'll receive a separate receipt from the hotel.
When you return the car, you'll receive a receipt that lists all the fees and taxes you paid at the car rental company.
Pay now: You've already paid when you booked, so the receipt you get from the itinerary page serves as your proof of purchase. You can also get a copy of your rental contract with the receipt.
The itinerary page receipt shows the total amount paid, but your bank statement or credit card statement may show separate charges for each package item (flight, hotel, etc.).

Charges from minibar, wifi, or other concepts might appear after check-out if you added anything to your stay.
Hotels may charge you if you fail to show up or arrive outside of check-in hours, or if you check out late.
You will see multiple charges on your billing statement for roundtrip flights that consist of two one-way fares.
In order for us to continue to offer a roundtrip ticket on two one-way fares on different airlines in a single flight-only itinerary, we need to charge a booking fee. This fee varies per ticket.
When picking up a car rental, make sure to read the policies carefully.
You will see a pending charge on your statement if you started a booking but didn't complete it or cancelled it. When the booking is completed or expires within five days, it disappears. For help releasing funds or unlocking your account, contact your bank.
You can find out when you will receive your refund by chatting with our agent.
If you prefer, you can wait for the email confirmation you will receive informing you of when and where your refund will be sent.
The refund may take up to 24 hours to process. The rest will be handled by your bank or payment service (such as PayPal). The credit may take up to 7 business days to arrive in your account. Your credit card statement may take longer to reflect it.
Your credit card statement should tell you who charged you, and you'll receive your refund from them. Refunds that come from third parties, such as airlines or property owners, might take longer to be reimbursed.
Several hotels allow you to book now and pay later at the hotel. You'll pay the hotel directly at check-in or check-out, in the local currency.
In your confirmation and itinerary, you will find the approximate amount due at the hotel. This is due to additional fees or taxes the hotel charges.
For any claim or refund, you will need to contact them directly. You can find their contact information in your itinerary. If they put a hold on cards, or charge an early deposit ahead of check-in, you will need to contact them directly.
You can reserve your rental car without paying in advance with this option.
When you arrive at the pick-up spot, make sure whoever is driving has a valid credit card so they can pay in full. The rental company will also place a hold on your credit card for the deposit.
It's a good idea to call ahead to make sure your card is accepted for Reserve now, pay later car rental bookings.
Taking a cruise
You can book with a deposit and pay the remaining balance later. Look for details in your confirmation email on how to complete payment.
If you have a Pay Later booking and wish to make an early payment, please contact your provider. If you reserved your booking with a deposit and wish to pay the balance, your confirmation email should have details about how to do so.
Pay Later bookings cannot be made with coupons.
Pay Later is not available for vacation packages, flights, or activities.
