Alternatively, they may be sent via email or facsimile with confirmation of complete transmission to: (a) support@booknextrip.com or the address displayed on the Website, if for BookNextTrip's attention; (b) the communication and/or email address provided in the non-registered User's application form for BookNextTrip services; or (c) the communication and/or email address specified in the registered User's registration form. Notice will be deemed effective 48 hours after it has been sent, dispatched, or displayed unless it is discovered that the email address is invalid by the sending party.
The terms of service and this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
